SnugsFlight earphones are custom-fitted using your physical ear impressions, taken by a professional Audiologist. Once purchased, we will send you details on how to make an appointment with an Audiologist in your area.
Please note: for all orders outside the UK & ROI, the cost of fitting is not included. You will need to locate an Audiologist in your local area to get your impressions and post these to us to make your custom fit tips.

What are Snugs made from?
All Snugs are made from medical-grade silicone which will sit comfortably in your ear.
How do I care for my Snugs?
If you use your Snugs a lot, there will likely be a build-up of natural oils. If this is the case, you can then wash them in hand-hot soapy water (washing up liquid works best), and allow them to dry naturally. You can also wipe over the drivers with an alcoholic wipe to remove the natural oils. Do not use anything abrasive when cleaning your Snugs as this may damage the silicone.
Can I order for someone else?
Yes, you can order SnugsFlight for someone else but please note that you will need to order in their name. Alternatively, you can order them a gift card here
