As an existing Snugs customer, we have your ear impressions on file. By entering your order number in the options above, we can match it against your ear impression. We’ll then use these to create your replacements.

Yes, but you will have to order a new pair and select that you’re an existing customer. By doing it this way, you can select any earphone you want and we’ll use your existing ear impression to create your replacements.

The replacement is only for SnugsPro tips in your chosen colour. It does not include a carry case or balm – each of these can be ordered separately.
