Can I return my Snugs if they don't fit?

Snugs are custom-fitted to match the unique shape and size of your ears and as such our returns policy may differ from that commonly offered with non-custom fit products.

We offer a 30-day remake policy, where we will adjust the size and remake your Snugs tips, so they fit better. In most cases, this works out great for our customers. However, if you’re still not satisfied, then we’ll be happy to offer you a refund or gift card.

My earphones are not on the list, can I still order Snugs?

We make custom-fit tips for the majority of popular earphones and IEMs. If they’re not on the list, please contact us and we will let you know whether we plan to add your earphone or IEM in the future.

We can offer a templating service for 'non-mainstream' earphones and IEMs, this is a chargeable service and we would require your earphones/IEMs for a period of time as part of the templating process. Please contact us for more information on this service.
