We make custom-fit tips for the majority of popular earphones and IEMs. If they’re not on the list, please contact us and we will let you know whether we plan to add your earphone or IEM in the future. You can also see a full list of compatible earphones for SnugsPro here.

Snugs are custom-fitted to match the unique shape and size of your ears and as such our returns policy may differ from that commonly offered with non-custom fit products. We offer a 30-day remake policy, where we will adjust the size and remake your Snugs tips, so they fit better. In most cases, this works out great for our customers. However, if you’re still not satisfied, then we’ll be happy to offer you a refund or gift card.

Snugs are custom fit to both your ears and the earphone driver, to ensure a secure fit on the driver and allow for all sensors to function, if applicable. As earphone drivers have unique designs and shapes, you are not able to use your Snugs with multiple different earphones. However, some earphones and IEMs share the same driver design; please contact us for more information on these models.

For True Wireless earphones, you will need to remove your Snugs to charge your earphones. We supply a case to keep your Snugs safe whilst doing so.

SnugsPro and SnugsGo have different methods of fitting to get your custom fit tips. SnugsPro requires you to visit an Audiologist to get your physical ear impressions. SnugsGo requires you to take your ear pictures, and our AI measures your ears from these.

Both SnugsPro and SnugsGo will result in a custom fit tip that fits your outer-ear perfectly and allow you to wear your earphones in comfort all day and without fear of them falling out. However, SnugsPro tips go deeper into your ear canal and give you a perfect inner-ear seal, therefore providing maximum noise isolation and the ultimate listening experience.

If you are purchasing SnugsPro for your IEM’s, you will need a professional fit.

All Snugs are made from hygienic medical-grade silicone which will sit comfortably in your ear.

We are able to change your order details, including colour choice and product, providing your Snugs are not in manufacturing (you will receive an email when your Snugs are being made). If you would like to amend you order once your Snugs are in manufacturing, this will incur a charge.

If you are not happy with the fit of your Snugs e.g. you would like a tighter fit for instance, we are able to make adjustments and remake them for you. This is included as part of the Snugs Fit Guarantee - just let us know within 30 days of receipt of your Snugs if you would like some changes to be made.

You only need to visit an Audiologist once to have your ear impressions taken. Once we have your impressions, we will scan them to create a 3D file which can be used to make as many pairs of custom fit Snugs as you want.

If you have ordered a product supplied with an earphone, it will come with a one-year warranty. If your earphone stops working in the first year, please contact us to make a warranty claim and we will replace the earphone. If the earphone stops working outside of the warranty period, we offer a repairs service. Please contact us for more information on this.

Yes, you can change the filter. We stock a range of filters with different levels of decibel protection, you can order filters here.

In addition to your chosen Snugs product, you order includes:

• Ballistic Case (to safely store your Snugs)
• Comfort Balm (to apply to your Snugs for easier fitting)
• Fit Guarantee (if you are not happy with the fit of your Snugs, we will remake them within 30 days of receipt)

As an existing Snugs customer, we have your ear impressions on file. By entering your order number in the options above, we can match it against your ear impression. We’ll then use these to create your replacements with the same fit as your original pair.

Replacements are for the custom tips only. They do not include any accessories such as carry case, balm, filters or lanyard. You will need to order these separately.

We keep your correct-fit ear files and will use these to make your replacement Snugs with the same fit.

Please note all orders prior to 2019, we may no longer have your design ear files. But don't worry, you can still order Snugs at replacement cost and we will use your original ear impression files to make you a new set.

We are not able to guarantee that your Snugs will be engraved with your name for your replacement set.
