Please contact us right away with your order number and a photo of what you received - we’ll resolve this as quickly as possible.

Most orders do not require a signature on delivery, occasionally for international shipments a signature is required. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to receive the package - as the parcel cannot always fit through your letterbox.

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your Snugs are dispatched.

All Snugs products are custom-made, so delivery usually takes 15–20 working days from the date we receive your ear impressions.

While we aim to complete orders within 20 working days, on occasion manufacturing can take longer where additional quality checks or adjustments are required. We will never compromise on quality by sending out a product that we are not completely satisfied with.
