Please contact us right away with your order number and a photo of what you received - we’ll resolve this as quickly as possible.

Most orders do not require a signature on delivery, occasionally for international shipments a signature is required. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to receive the package - as the parcel cannot always fit through your letterbox.

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your Snugs are dispatched.

All Snugs products are custom-made, so delivery usually takes 15–20 working days from the date we receive your ear impressions. This timeline may vary depending on your location and order volume.
