Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout.

In some countries, yes - please check your local options at checkout. However, we always recommend a secure delivery address due to the value of our products.

Shipping may be delayed during UK public holidays or Christmas closures. 

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes or BFPO/APO/FPO addresses due to the need for signed delivery.

Yes, unless otherwise stated or agreed, your custom products and accessories will ship together once all items are ready.

Check with neighbours or building reception first. If still missing, please contact us within 5 working days so we can launch an investigation with the courier.

Tracking may take 24 hours to update after dispatch. If you notice no movement after that, please get in touch with our team.

Yes, all our orders are sent via tracked delivery, and you will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier and keep you updated throughout.

Our standard production time cannot be rushed due to the bespoke nature of the product, but express delivery options are available once the item is ready to ship. However, if you do have a particular date that you need your Snugs by, please contact our customer services team on info@snugs.com and we will do our best to help out. 

For orders outside the UK or the USA, local customs duties or import taxes may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we will be able to update the delivery address.

Most orders do not require a signature on delivery, occasionally for international shipments a signature is required. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to receive the package - as the parcel cannot always fit through your letterbox.

In the UK we only use Royal Mail, In the USA we use USPS, FedEX or UPS (selectable at the checkout) and for all other international orders we use FedEX.

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your Snugs are dispatched.

All Snugs products are custom-made, so delivery usually takes 15–20 working days from the date we receive your ear impressions. This timeline may vary depending on your location and order volume.
