If you use a swim cap, we tend to advise to not have a lanyard with your Snugs. This is because the lanyard is attached to the Snugs through a handle which can make it difficult for the Snug to remain securely in place when putting your swim cap on. This is not however a fixed rule as we have had customers who happily use a swim cap with their Snugs with a lanyard attached.
