Step 1: Identify your left and right snug

Blue for the LEFT ear, Red for the RIGHT ear

If your ZenSleep earplugs are clear transparent, you can identify the right ear by the red engrave, and the left ear by the blue engrave.

Step 2: Apply comfort balm

Your order is supplied with a small tube of comfort balm. For the initial fitting, apply a small amount of balm along the ear canal of your Snug to help you fit smoothly (dry ears and new silicone can make it trickier for the first fitting).

Once you have used your Snugs a few times, you should no longer require the balm for fitting.

Step 3: Insert your ZenSleep into your ears

Insert the correct Snug into the correct ear, ensuring the small removal tab is lying flat along the back of your concha bowl.

You may find you need to rotate the Snugs slightly in your ear until you feel they slot into the correct position.

Please note when removing your Snugs from yoru ears:

ZenSleep have a small tab handle which you can use to help remove them from your ears. To help you, you can press behind the back of your ear and wiggle your jaw to break the seal

Step 4: Check the fit

As your Snugs are made from your physical ear impressions, they should fit the contours of your ears perfectly. If you find that you are experiencing discomfort, or would like the fit altered in any way, please contact us and we can talk you through the process of having them adjusted as part of our fit guarantee. Just let us know within 30 days of receiving your Snugs.
