FITTING METHODS
Audiologist:
Performed by a trained audiologist to create a perfect mould of your inner ear for the most precise fit. This is called a professional ear impression. You will be charged separately for this by the audiologist.
One-off and usable across the whole Snugs Range: When you have professional ear impressions, you never need them again and can order any Snugs product by selecting 'I've had Snugs made before' and you're good to go.

PhotoFit:
We'll send you a free fitting pack and unique 6-digit code to complete an at-home custom fitting using our PhotoFit App. Our AI will generate a 3D model of your ears so we can make your Snugs.
Re-order with ease: When you complete a PhotoFit, you can order a new pair of Test Product by simply selecting 'I've had Snugs made before'. There is no need to do the fitting again.
