These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Snugs Custom-Fit service and its website. By visiting the Snugs website, you accept and agree to the content of these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time, and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Due to the custom nature of many of Snugs’ products, ear impressions may be required. You have the choice to visit an Ear Specialist in your vicinity. You are responsible for any fees and charges for obtaining the ear impressions and onward tracked postage to the address that Snugs Custom-Fit directs you to based on your geographic location. Snugs cannot take any responsibility for third-party ear impressions and shall have the right to reject any impressions if they are deemed poor quality. Under no circumstances will any ear impression service fee be refundable by Snugs Custom-Fit.

• Snugs Custom Fit accepts debit/credit cards as payment for any additional product or service purchased during an Impression Session conducted by Snugs.

• Scheduling an ear impression service is no guarantee that the service will take place at the agreed time and place. In the event that a service cannot take place due to staff availability, Snugs will take all reasonable steps to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

• Snugs Custom-Fit reserves the right to cancel or amend the service should conditions/circumstances deem this appropriate.

• Snugs Custom-Fit reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to ensure you understand the latest terms and conditions.

When you place an order via this website (www.snugs.com), we will treat that action as an offer to buy. Once the order is placed, you will receive confirmation via email, at which time we enter into a contract with you. We store the contract’s content and will send you the details of your order via email. You can find the terms here at all times. The details about your recent orders can be found on your “My Account” page.

Published product details, specifications, and suitability information are the best available at the time. Snugs Custom-Fit shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice regarding the suitability of any product purchased.

Snugs Custom-Fit provides custom-made products that are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. For full details of our refund and return policy, including cancellation terms, remake services, and warranty coverage, please visit our Returns Policy page.

Snugs will remake your ear tips/earplugs within 30 days of receipt of your order if you are not satisfied with the fit. You may be required to provide images of the Snugs in your ears within 10 days of notifying Snugs. If we are unable to achieve a satisfactory fit, you may return all Snugs made under the relevant order for a refund.

Returns due to a change of mind are not accepted.

We do our best to ensure the availability of all advertised products and dispatch all orders within the quoted time. Multiple items may arrive separately.

Snugs Custom-Fit has no liability for delivery delays but will endeavour to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

All orders are dispatched with a tracked service, except for accessories.

We accept all major online payment methods.

Card charges will appear as “Snugs Custom-Fit Ltd.”

All prices are quoted in your local currency and may include sales taxes depending on location.

Payment is taken at the point of order. 

Some countries may require import duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are your responsibility.

Snugs Custom-Fit Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under English Law. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We encourage you to leave reviews and comments on our social media feeds. We reserve the right to remove, reject, or edit content at any time.

Snugs Custom-Fit shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses, or third-party claims. This does not affect your statutory rights.
