Professional Fit – Done by an audiologist. You will need to book an appointment and pay for this separately.
PhotoFit – Done by you, with our easy-to-use app. We'll send you a free fitting card and instructions to complete.
TIME TO MAKE
Once you complete your custom fitting, it takes around 15-20 working days to craft and make your custom Snugs.
30-DAY REMAKE GUARANTEE
If your SnugsEarswitch earplugs don't fit the way you want them to, let us know within 30 days of receiving them and we'll adjust and remake them at no extra cost.

Two ways to custom fit
Audiologist Fit
Performed by a trained audiologist to create a perfect mould of your inner ear for the most precise fit. This is called a professional ear impression.
You'll post us your ear impressions to be turned into 3D models, which are then used to manufacture your Snugs.
PhotoFit
We'll send you a free fitting pack and unique 6-digit code to complete an at-home custom fitting using our PhotoFit App.
Our AI will then generate a 3D model of your ears which we'll use to manufacture your Snugs.
