We keep your correct-fit ear files and will use these to make your replacement Snugs with the same fit.

Please note all orders prior to 2019, we may no longer have your design ear files. But don't worry, you can still order Snugs at replacement cost and we will use your original ear impression files to make you a new set.

We are not able to guarantee that your Snugs will be engraved with your name for your replacement set.

Replacements are for the custom tips only. They do not include any accessories such as carry case, balm or lanyard. You will need to order these separately.

Your Snugs will have been designed to fit the specific earphone that you originally ordered them for. If you would like to order a new pair for a different earphone, you will need to select this from the list and say 'I have had Snugs made before'.

We’ll then use your existing ear impression to create your next pair of Snugs

As an existing Snugs customer, we have your ear impressions on file. By entering your order number in the options above, we can match it against your ear impression. We’ll then use these to create your replacements with the same fit as your original pair.
