SnugsPro and SnugsGo have different methods of fitting to get your custom fit tips. SnugsPro requires you to visit an Audiologist to get your physical ear impressions. SnugsGo requires you to take your ear pictures, and our AI measures your ears from these.

Both SnugsPro and SnugsGo will result in a custom fit tip that fits your outer-ear perfectly and allow you to wear your earphones in comfort all day and without fear of them falling out. However, SnugsPro tips go deeper into your ear canal and give you a perfect inner-ear seal, therefore providing maximum noise isolation and the ultimate listening experience.

We make custom-fit tips for the majority of popular earphones and IEMs. If they’re not on the list, please contact us and we will let you know whether we plan to add your earphone or IEM in the future.

We can offer a templating service for 'non-mainstream' earphones and IEMs, this is a chargeable service and we would require your earphones/IEMs for a period of time as part of the templating process. Please contact us for more information on this service.

Snugs are custom fit to both your ears and the earphone driver, to ensure a secure fit on the driver and allow for all sensors to function, if applicable. As earphone drivers have unique designs and shapes, you are not able to use your Snugs with multiple different earphones.

However, some earphones and IEMs share the same driver design such as the Shure range; please contact us for more information on these models.

For True Wireless earphones, you will need to remove your Snugs to charge your earphones. We supply a case to keep your Snugs safe whilst doing so.

Your Snugs will have been designed to fit the specific earphone that you originally ordered them for. If you would like to order a new pair for a different earphone, you will need to select this from the list and say 'I have had Snugs made before'.

We’ll then use your existing ear impression to create your next pair of Snugs

Yes, we design the Snugs to fit the specific earphone, including the sensor locations so functions such as in-ear detection will still work.

However please note that transparency mode will not perform the same as with a generic tip. This is because the Snugs customised fit provides up to 30dB passive noise isolation, meaning all external noise is reduced when you have your earphones and Snugs in, even if you are not playing music

If you are not happy with the fit of your Snugs e.g. you would like a tighter fit for instance, we are able to make adjustments and remake them for you. This is included as part of the Snugs Fit Guarantee - just let us know within 30 days of receipt of your Snugs if you would like some changes to be made.

Once we receive your ear impressions, our current production time is 15 to 20 working days.

If you have had Snugs made before, we will use your ear impressions on file and process your order straight away

Snugs are custom-fitted to match the unique shape and size of your ears and as such our returns policy may differ from that commonly offered with non-custom fit products.

We offer a 30-day remake policy, where we will adjust the size and remake your Snugs tips, so they fit better. In most cases, this works out great for our customers. However, if you’re still not satisfied, then we’ll be happy to offer you a refund or gift card.

Yes, we will save your correctly fitting ear files and reprint your Snugs for you. You can order a single replacement or a pair in the replacements section

Yes, you can order for someone else. Please select that the order is for someone else and write their name in the box. Alternatively, you can order them a gift card

All Snugs are 3D printed and made from hypoallergenic medical-grade silicone which will sit comfortably in your ear

If you use your Snugs in the gym or onstage a lot, there will likely be a build-up of natural oils. If this is the case, you can then wash them in hand-hot soapy water (washing up liquid works best), and allow them to dry naturally. You can also wipe over the drivers with an alcoholic wipe to remove the natural oils. Do not use anything abrasive or containing petroleum when cleaning your Snugs as this may damage the silicone.

We are able to change your order details, including colour choice and product, providing your Snugs are not in manufacturing (you will receive an email when your Snugs are being made). If you would like to amend you order once your Snugs are in manufacturing, this will incur a charge.

• Comfort Balm (to apply to your Snugs for easier fitting)
• Fit Guarantee (if you are not happy with the fit of your Snugs, we will remake them within 30 days of receipt)

Yes, we have made custom tips for children before. You will need to arrange for them to visit an Audiologist to have their ear impressions taken - please confirm with the Audiologist that they are able to take the ear impression for under 18's.

Alternatively you can order SnugsGo earphone tips for your children. This fit method is only suitable for earphone tips for your children, all other products require a physical ear impression.

When ordering from the EU, your order will be sent from the UK. Whilst it does not always occur, in the event that you are charged a customs fee, Snugs are not responsible for covering the charge.
