Snugs will adjust or remake any earpiece returned due to poor fit within 30 days of purchase. If we are unable to get a good fit, we offer a no-quibbles full refund.
For all orders excluding SnugsGo, we will contact you with information on how to arrange an appointment with your local Snugs approved Audiologist to get your physical ear impressions. The waiting time to get an appointment is dependent on your local Audiologist.
For SnugsGo orders, we will post you a fitting card to take your ear pictures and complete your custom fitting.
For all orders outside the UK, you will need to arrange to get your physical ear impressions from your local Audiologist and send these to us in the UK.
If you are based in the US or Canada, you can send them to our P.O. box and our US representative will process your order.

Once we have your ear impressions, it takes approximately 10 working days to make and dispatch your Snugs. This can vary depending on the complexity of your ear and the earphone driver that we are making your Snugs for.

We will only accept cancellations if we have not received your ear impressions and your Snugs are not in manufacture.
Snugs are made from a medical grade durable silicone which will sit comfortably in your ear. SnugsZen are made from a softer silicone for ultimate comfort in your ear if using for sleeping.
Snugs are a custom-fit ear tip solution made to match the unique shape and size of your ears and as such our returns policy may differ from that commonly offered with non-custom fit products.
If we are unable to get a satisfactory fit within 30 days of receiving your Snugs, then we will offer a full refund for returns within this time.

If you use your Snugs in the gym a lot, there will likely be a build-up of natural oils. If this is the case, you can then wash them in hand-hot soapy water (washing up liquid works best), and allow them to dry naturally. You can also wipe over the drivers with an alcoholic wipe to remove the natural oils. Do not use anything abrasive when cleaning your Snugs as this may damage the silicone.
