- You’ll get a special custom fitting email with instructions
- Contact us to arrange your custom fitting at our Headquarters in Exmoor National Park (Somerset, UK). The cost is £20 and payable on the day. If you require wax removal before the impressions can be done, there will be an additional charge of £40 for one ear or £60 for both ears
- Once the impression have been done, we’ll scan them to create your 3D ear files
- Your ear files are then sent to manufacturing where they will be modelled, 3D printed, lacquered and engraved
- Finally, we’ll package them up and send them to you via a courier

- You only need one fitting: We scan your impressions to create your 3D file. This can be used across the entire product range, so for future purchases, you can do so as an existing customer, which excludes the cost of fitting.
Frequently asked questions
I’ve had one pair of Snugs made. Do I need another ear impression to make another set?
You only need to visit an Audiologist once to have your ear impressions taken. Once we have your impressions, we will scan them to create a 3D file which can be used to make you multiple pairs of custom fit Snugs for your ears
Can I return my Snugs if they do not fit?
Snugs tips are custom-fitted to match the unique shape and size of your ears and as such our returns policy may differ from that commonly offered with non-custom fit products. We offer a 30-day remake policy, where we will adjust the size and remake your Snugs tips, so they fit better. In most cases, this works out great for our customers. However, if you’re still not satisfied, then we’ll be happy to offer you a refund or gift card.
What is the difference between SnugsPro & SnugsGo fitting methods?
SnugsPro and SnugsGo have different methods of fitting to get your earphone/IEM tips. SnugsPro requires you to visit an Audiologist to get your physical ear impressions. SnugsGo requires you to take your ear pictures, and our AI measures your ears from these.

Both SnugsPro and SnugsGo will result in a tip that fits your outer-ear perfectly and allow you to wear your earphones in comfort all day and without fear of them falling out. However, SnugsPro tips go deeper into your ear canal and give you a perfect inner-ear seal, therefore providing maximum noise isolation and the ultimate listening experience.
